Content
Training includes:
- General Presentation of Basic Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 and Regulation (EC) No. 2042/2003;
- Part-145 / Part-M objectives and application field;
- Fundamentals and key-points of Part-145 / Part-M;
- Structure of EASA Part-145/Part-M and associated documents;
- Detailed presentation of Part-145/Part-M requirements:
- facility requirements;
- tools and equipment;
- maintenance data;
- production planning;
- certification of maintenance and Certificate of Release to Service (CRS);
- maintenance records;
- occurrence reporting;
- safety and quality policy;
- manuals and procedures.
- Position of EASA Part-145/Part-M among maintenance requirements andlink with other Part’s, in particular: Part-66, Part-147;
- Approval application;
- Extension or modification of the scope of approval;
- Post-approval audit and monitoring.
Objectives
Upon completion of the course, the participant will be able to:- To know the key points in aircraft maintenance /airworthiness;- To know how to navigate through the various textsand use the relevant information now and in the future;- To become familiar with EASA Part-145/Part-Mdetailed requirements.
Target Group
Personnel working in any technical department of an air carrier, mechanicsand certifying staff as well as quality department personnel belonging toEASA Part-M(G) Organisations, or EASA Part-M(F) organizations orEU-OPS organizations.

Prerequisites
Experience working in Part-145/Part-M organisation is preferable.
Examination
None. Participants will receive a Part-147 certificateupon successful completion of the course.
