Training includes:

  • Introduction on EASA regulations and ISO 9001 standard;
  • Theoretical background with regard to audits;
  • Procedures and practical tools for planning, preparation and conduction ofaudits;
  • Audit reporting and implementation and monitoring of corrective actions;
  • Required profile for Auditors;
  • Soft-skills such as communication, human factor problems and how toovercome them;
  • Case studies, practical exercises, role plays;
  • Risk management in maintenance organisations.

Objectives

This course provides background and training needed as an Internal Auditor,emphasizing on practical application. Successful participants will be in aposition to independently plan and perform internal audits. Participantscontribute to the course with their own professional experience. The courseincludes task assignments, based upon current cases to be solvedindividually or within groups.

Target Group

Future Internal Auditors and current Internal Auditors, who have to conductaudits as required by the Quality System or the Safety Management Systemand Competent Authority Members.

Examination

Closed book examinations will be conducted throughout the course. Theminimum passing mark for the exam paper is 75 %. Knowledge and skillsassessment during practical training. Participants will receive a Part-147certificate upon successful completion of the course.
