FL Technics team impressions about obtaining of PART 21J certificate

With this approval, FLT can offer it’s customers an additional service which compliments it’s existing MRO service and puts it in a competitive advantage over other MROs, offering in many cases a “one stop maintenance shop” for routine Part 145 maintenance and Design Changes through Part 21J.

From the 23rd of March , 2012 AB FL Technics is EASA DOA ( Part 21 Subpart J ) holder, reference number EASA.21J.496.
This certificate would enable FL Technics to be more active in aircraft re-configuration projects, keeping more of the design work in house and deliver our customers a truly one-stop shop solutions when reconfiguring their aircraft.
FL Technics will be able to execute full scope of aircraft reconfiguration and minor design projects without subcontracting any work to third parties. The number of requests for re‐configurations has been increasing in the last couple of years, so it is good for our organisation to gain such capability.

FL Technics Training at the ANNUAL AFRICAN AVIATION CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION (MRO-Africa)
FL Technics Training had a great chance to share their experience at 21st Annual African Aviation Conference & Exhibition (MRO-Africa), which took place in Nairobi/Kenya from 21 to 23 February 2012.
